Where is the Health Centre?
- It is located at Loyalist College in Room 1H7, on the bottom floor, across from the Fitness Centre.
What are your hours?
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
- (August 8 to June)
Do I need to make an appointment?
- To see the Doctor you need an appointment. Otherwise, come in for an assessment.
- The Registered Nurse is available on a first come, first served basis and NO valid Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) Card is required.
How and when can I use my Loyalist Student ID Card for the Pay Direct Prescription Drug Service?
Can I get my prescription filled at the Health Centre?
- You will have to go to a pharmacy to get your prescription filled. However, birth control can be purchased at the Health Centre for $10 with prescription.
Can I get STI testing and PAP smear done?

Where do I get my immunization record?
- The Public Health Unit in your home area will have documentation of your immunization schedule.
Can I get my blood work done at the Health Centre?
- Yes. Bring your:
- Requisition form from your Doctor
- Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) Card
